CRIME STOPPERS DRAWS WINNERS
(SD&G) – On the 16Oct10, Seaway Valley Crime Stoppers picked the winners of their “ANNUAL RAFFLE DRAW” at Mustard’s Variety store in Iroquois, On.
The tickets were sold throughout SD&G at various venues (fairs, local businesses and trade shows) beginning last April.
The lucky winners included: Don McRae of Williamstown who won a 47inch flat screen T.V. Dale Dennison of Cornwall who won a notebook computer, Jim Currie Lunenburg who won a camera, Lana Barkley of Brinston who won a set of ear phones and Cristal Beattie of Prescott who won a mini sound system.
Crime Stoppers coordinator Peter Robertson said “fundraiser’s like these not only keep the community informed as to what we do but help raise much needed funds to operate the program”
